I started my weight loss journey in 2017, at the time I was in a dark place which led me to gain over 11kg in only 6 months, I later fell into a deep depression and suffered from panic attacks. I had very low self-confidence, negative self-talk and a bad relationship with food which eventually led me to developing an eating disorder.
Today it is a whole different story, I achieved my weight loss goals through trial and error and later became a qualified Personal Trainer and specialized in fat loss for women.
Since becoming a Personal Trainer I have also become a fitness instructor, teaching classes such as spinning, aerobics, full body workouts, Yoga and Pilates. I have been in the fitness industry almost 5 years now, helping people achieve their weight loss goals in a sustainable way, whilst helping them gain self-love and claim their power back.
My goal with this book is to share with as many people as possible everything that I took years to learn through trial and error and through the knowledge I have acquired over these years.
